PRMS is a specialist boutique recruitment consultancy supplying staff at all levels (junior up to senior management and Director) within all disciplines of professional marketing including digital, PR, communications, e-Commerce, bid/tenders and agency account staff.
We also recruit for business development roles in professional services.
We cover these roles in Northwest England, South Yorkshire, North Staffordshire and Derbyshire.
Key specialist sectors we serve include professional services, social housing, NHS and public sector and SMEs in technology, manufacturing and engineering. But we are proud to represent a wide client-base which includes a wide variety of organisations, public and private.
We supply candidates for permanent, interim/contract and temporary roles. Temporary contractors are employed by PRMS, paid weekly on production of a countersigned weekly timesheet. As the employer we take care of all employers’ NI, holiday pay, pension, payroll charges and all other ‘on costs’. Being a small company, not carrying the fixed overheads of many of our larger competitors, we can work to a lower temping margin and hence usually offer high quality candidates at highly competitive daily rates.
At PRMS we never cold-call and do not operate a sales-led recruitment model but instead value service, reliability, candidate quality and attention to detail as the four main cornerstones of our operation at PRMS. All our project management staff have a recognised marketing qualification (relevant degree or CIM) or a minimum 18 months’ prior marketing departmental experience.
Formed in 1999 we have rebranded twice, from our original name, Jobs-in-Marketing (in 2003) and ‘Marketing Northwest’ (2008).
